How often should my horse receive bodywork?
Depending on the horse’s training program, we recommend body work every 4 to 6 weeks, however this depends on each individual horse. This will be determined once an initial assessment has been completed.
How long are equine sessions?
Follow up sessions are typically between 45 mins to 1 hour.

Initial Assessment
Your first visit will include a static and dynamic assessment. Livia will thoroughly assess the conformation and movement of your horse and will determine the key areas of concern. A plan is created to support your horse's needs going forward. This visit also includes a full bodywork session which can include any of the following modalities: soft tissue mobilization, massage, myofascial release, acupressure, aromatherapy, kinesiotaping and stretching.
Follow Up Sessions
Follow up sessions include a full bodywork session with any applicable modalities as per your horse’s needs. Follow up care including exercises, stretches and additional tips will be provided in order to maintain your horse in between sessions.

Please download our Initial Intake Form and Equine Waiver, fill out and return to us prior to your first appointment. We will send a reminder for your appointment in advance.
Please have your horse clean and dry in order to be prepared for their session. We prefer to work in a quiet, comfortable space so your horse can benefit as much as possible from their session.
