Livia Mueri
a little about me.
Livia has spent her entire life around horses and dogs. She spent her younger years riding on her grandparent’s farm in Switzerland. From there she moved to a farm in Nova Scotia with her family where she was actively involved in warmblood training and sales. Harie, her family’s horse, traveled everywhere with them over 25 years, making the trek from Nova Scotia to Alberta. He became the inspiration for Livia’s journey and discovery of bodywork and massage. As he got older, Livia wanted to maintain him as long as possible and knew that he would benefit from bodywork and she credits him for the opportunity to explore the bodywork industry.
Working in the industry for the last several years has been a wonderful experience. In 2021, Livia added to her schooling and took the canine foundations course as well in order to expand her business and support dogs as well. She is now one of just a handful of dual certified Equinology and Canineology practitioners in Canada. She is fully certified, insured and on the board of the International Body Worker’s association.
Livia lives in the Calgary area, with her two dogs Fritz and Sass as well as her horses Solara, JJ and Gracie. She services Southern Alberta and the Maritimes.
